To get a free pass for a guest between the ages of 8 and 18, you can sign-up for a free Stride account. Stride is our event sponsor and they are an online education platform

2. How do I sign-up for a Stride account to get a free Santa Pass for ages 8 to 18
Sign-ups are done onsite at our venue using one of our three provided kiosks. It takes less than 30 seconds to sign-up for an account

3. Are guests 7 and under free?
Yes they are! There is no special promotion or sign-up needed for a free pass for kids 7 or younger

4. Is there a live Santa?
There is a live Santa onsite during all hours of operation, so you are guaranteed to be able to see Santa no matter what time you come. Santa's final day as part of the experience will be Dec. 25th (Christmas Day).

5. Are there age restrictions for the North Pole Lodge axe throwing?
There is no national age restriction for axe throwing, so it is left up to the discretion of the parents to determine whether they believe their child can handle the axe throwing experience. Our personal recommendation is that axe throwing guests should be ages 10 and older

6. Will someone help us take photos?
Yes! There is a permanent Santa's helper in the Santa meet-and-greet area that will take photos of your family for you using your device/phone. If you need any help with photos in the other areas, just let any staff member know and they'll get another Santa helper to assist
